Q. How long has East House been in business? — East House was founded in 1999. Q. Where are you located? — Our offices are conveniently located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, minutes from George Washington Bridge and New York city. Q. Are you an interactive or a print design firm? — We do both. We create concepts and designs for print, broadcast, online, and interactive media. For print, we handle the job in all phases, from concept creation to prepress and final production. We work only with trusted and experienced printing vendors who have always met our expected quality and timeline targets. Since the web has evolved far beyond plain web graphics and flash animations, bringing interactivity that requires server-side programming and web application development, we have built strong relationships with some of the best in the trade. Q. What awards have you won? — We have won a number of advertising awards. And while everybody likes awards, our focus, goes beyond awards to something far more important; reaping the reward of our clients’ sales growth. Our gold-level award categories include: consumer direct mail, B-to-B services brochure, B-to-B web site, B-to-B sales promotion, and consumer web site. Q. Do you provide media planning and buying services? —We do. Some clients prefer to plan and purchase their media directly; others call on us for assistance. Either way, we’ll make sure that our work is delivered in the correct file format, size, color specs, etc. Q. Do you work on retainer or on a per-project basis? — Agreements are on a client-specific basis, depending on the scope of the work. Either structure is workable for us. Our cost factors and time estimates are detailed and accurate, and we maintain open channels of communication with clients about pricing to ensure the best values. Q. What is your experience? — We’ve pretty much done it all… branding, digital, print and advertising. And our client list is diverse: medical/pharma, publishing, financial and tech-based. And we’re comfortable in both the consumer and B-to-B realms. Every client and project is different, but our team is so well-rounded and experienced, I’d be hard-pressed to think of a field or medium we haven’t tackled.
